We work with children (ages 4–12), adolescents (13–17), and families. We also offer caregiver support and trainings for schools and organizations.

There's no perfect signal — but if your child is struggling with big emotions, transitions, friendships, anxiety, grief, or trauma, therapy can help. Reach out and we'll talk through what you're noticing.

Sessions are 45–50 minutes. Younger kids often engage through play and expressive art; teens through conversation, mindfulness, and creative tools. We follow your child's pace.

Every family is different. Some find a few months helpful; others benefit from longer-term support. We'll talk openly about progress and goals as we go.
